Strengths coaching entails working directly with a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach to better understand and apply an individual or team’s natural talents. Strengths may best be developed through relationships, with coaches supporting personal growth, improved performance, and stronger team collaboration.
The coaching services offered are for educational, professional development, and personal growth purposes. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, mental health counseling, or medical treatment.

CliftonStrengths measures talents—natural patterns of thinking, feeling, and behaving—rather than personality traits. It's focused specifically on what you do best and how to develop those talents into strengths through practice and skill-building.

Yes. Assessment codes are available at a discounted rate. A CliftonStrengths Top 5 or Full 34 report must be available to the coach at least 3 days prior to the first scheduled coaching session. The assessment is not required for a fit session.
If you have already completed the CliftonStrengths assessment, you will not be required to reassess. If you only have access to your Top 5 report, you will be encouraged to upgrade to the Full 34 to deepen your strengths understanding and elevate our coaching conversations.

The assessment takes about 30-45 minutes to complete. You will respond to paired statements, choosing which best describes you. It's important to answer instinctively because your first reaction is usually most accurate. Plan to take the assessment in one sitting away from interruption and distraction.
You will immediately receive a personalized report highlighting your top CliftonStrengths themes. Depending on which assessment you take, you'll see your Top 5 or all 34 themes ranked in order. You will also get access to Gallup Access, where you can explore additional resources and insights.

Yes! Team Coaching workshops are available for half-day (3-4 hours) or full-day (6-8 hours) sessions. These sessions may be scheduled as in-person or virtual.
Travel expenses may apply for in-person sessions outside the Austin area.

Yes! Strengths coaching is available for students who are currently studying in high school and college.
The CliftonStrengths for Students assessment is designed for individuals aged 15 and older.
